It is never easy to make body a fit and sexy body. It need a lot of discipline, determination and perseverance. Most woman find it hard and strenuous. There are some tips that we are able to do for us to have a sexy body.

Choose foods that have less fats and calories in them for we to avoid getting fat. Also, you have to drink lots of water to maintain your metabolism.
